On October 24, 2025, <\/strong>Sanivac announces the acquisition of a new industrial property in Laval, which will officially become its 9th branch<\/strong> in Quebec. With this expansion, the family business now has nine operational branches<\/strong>, in addition to its future head office<\/strong> currently under construction in Notre-Dame-de-l\u2019\u00cele-Perrot, for a total of ten strategic locations<\/strong> across the province. <\/p>\n

Founded in 1961, Sanivac specializes in urban infrastructure maintenance and sanitation services, including portable toilet and sanitary trailer rental, sewer cleaning, septic tank and grease trap emptying, hydro-excavation, specialized pumping, and container rental for construction and renovation. This new establishment is part of a sustained growth plan aimed at better serving municipalities, businesses, and individuals. <\/p>\n

A Strategic Establishment in the Heart of Laval<\/h3>\n

Located in a key sector of Laval, this new branch will allow Sanivac to strengthen its presence in Greater Montreal and more effectively support the growth of its various departments.<\/p>\n

Through this acquisition, Sanivac aims to, among other things:<\/p>\n

  • Create a new labor pool<\/strong> in a rapidly growing economic region;<\/li>\n
  • Bring its teams closer to clients<\/strong> by reducing travel times and improving responsiveness on job sites;<\/li>\n
  • Free up space<\/strong> at the current sites in Notre-Dame-de-l\u2019\u00cele-Perrot and Saint-J\u00e9r\u00f4me to further develop its operations there.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    A Significant Driver for the Growth of the Container Department<\/h3>\n

    This expansion is also closely linked to the rapid development of the container rental division<\/strong>, which is playing an increasingly important role within the Sanivac Group. The Laval branch will become an essential anchor point to meet the high demand for: <\/p>\n

    • construction containers for residential, commercial, and industrial job sites;<\/li>\n
    • watertight containers for more complex materials to manage;<\/li>\n
