The family-owned company, firmly established in Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot for several decades, has acquired a new site where the future headquarters of the Sanivac Group will be built — a large-scale project that embodies the organization’s growth, pride, and forward-looking vision.

Since 1961, Sanivac has moved forward with the same drive: to innovate, build, and continuously improve what already exists. Founded by John Kelly and passed down from generation to generation, the company has grown into a strong and respected group in environmental and sanitation services across Quebec and Ontario.
Today, more than 550 employees bring this story to life every day, spread across eight branches. Among them, nearly 110 work in the current administrative offices in Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot, and about 75 others in temporary site trailers set up on location.
This reality, though temporary, illustrates the group’s remarkable growth over the years. Projects have multiplied, divisions have diversified, and teams have expanded faster than anticipated.

Because above all, Sanivac is one big family. And this Campus is meant to bring all its branches together under one roof: the management, training, human resources, finance, marketing, operations, and IT departments.
