Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot, April 1st, 2022 – The Sanivac Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Outaouais Sanitaire located in Gatineau, Qc. This transaction is part of the implementation of the growth strategy of the leader in sanitation & environmental services in Quebec. It is as of today, April 1st, that the Gatineau company has moved under the Sanivac® banner, thus becoming the Sanivac Outaouais branch.

It is a lovely outcome for him and a stepping stone for Sanivac. Our major construction clients in Montreal have been asking Sanivac to service them in Gatineau and Ottawa for a long time, so here we are, Sanivac is here!” says Vincent Kelly, CEO of the Sanivac Group. 

A Promising Future 

The Gatineau company offers portable toilet rental services; this acquisition was therefore an obvious decision for the Sanivac Group, the leading toilet rental company in Quebec. In the medium term, the new administration intends to extend all the services offered by the Sanivac® brand to this 3rd branch. The Group now consists of: Sanivac Montréal, Sanivac Estrie and Sanivac Outaouais branches.
