Sanivac takes over and starts its run in the Laurentians!

 Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot, May 1st, 2022 – The Sanivac Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Toilette Québec located in Saint-Jérôme, Qc. This transaction is part of the implementation of the growth strategy of the leader in sanitation & environmental services in Quebec. It is as of today, May 1st, that the Jérômienne company moved under the Sanivac® banner, thus becoming the Sanivac Laurentides branch. “It’s a happy ending for Gilles and I, who are taking a well-deserved retirement. All the more so for my children Maude and Julien and my husband Christian who are joining the dynamic Sanivac team. The Kellys seem to have the well-being of their employees and customers at heart and we have discovered very human people in the Sanivac team. Toilette Québec will remain a Quebec company and that was very important to us. Thank you to our customers for trusting us since 1995,” says Guylaine Baron, co-owner of Toilette Québec.

A promising future

The Saint-Jérôme company offers portable toilet rental services; this acquisition was therefore an obvious decision for Sanivac Group, the leading toilet rental company in Quebec. In the medium term, the new administration intends to extend all the services offered by the Sanivac® brand to this 4th branch. The Group is now consists of the Sanivac Montréal, Sanivac Estrie, Sanivac Outaouais and Sanivac Laurentides branches.
