Underground garages and restricted areas
Underground garages usually have restricted height access, making it difficult for trucks to access for pumping and cleaning drains and gutters. We have custom designed low profile trucks to facilitate and allow access to underground and tight areas. Our low profile trucks allow us to access places as low as 6 ft. 2 in. high. This makes it possible to have direct access to the installations, to offer a clean and efficient service, without neglecting the efficiency and the pumping power.
Contaminated Sludge
During our pumping and cleaning services, we are often confronted with contaminated sludge with hydrocarbons, such as old oil tanks, oil and water separators with high PH. We can dispose of these materials for you if they do not exceed a ratio of 10% of the recovered liquid. Our trucks do not allow us to pump and clean up hazardous and/or corrosive materials.
Elevator cylinders
Elevator cylinders require our intervention to pump the residues and oils contained in the cylinders and the surrounding soil. Then, when necessary, we can dig with the help of a hydro-excavation truck to allow the cylinders that are located in the ground to be changed.
Pumping and cleaning surfaces
Pumping and cleaning surfaces consists of pumping and cleaning with water pressure all the debris that may be found on a surface before pouring concrete or installing a membrane. This makes it possible to make the surface clean and ready to receive the concrete or the membrane.
Dry pumping
The dry pumping service consists of using a specialized super vacuum truck with special filters that allow the suction of dry and volatile materials. We can recover up to 2500 gallons of solids in the tank of our trucks. This work requires complete cleaning of the filters when the truck returns to our facilities.
Sand separators
The sand separator is used to protect the pipes from an accumulation of sand. Thus, its construction makes it possible to separate the solid matter from the water in order to prevent the solid matter from accumulating in the pipes. We therefore offer the emptying service and the cleaning of the sand separators and these pipes. The frequential cleaning allows the proper functioning of the flow in order to avoid blockages and overflows.
Manhole
The manhole is a chamber that allows access to the storm and sanitary pipes to allow the cleaning of the pipes. We offer the service of pumping and cleaning the manholes as well as the pipes connecting the different manholes. Sump

Culverts

Hydrodynamic separators
The hydrodynamic separator makes it possible to intercept hydrocarbons, muddy and solid residues at the exit of commercial and industrial parking lots in order to prevent them from flowing into the city’s sewers. We offer the service of pumping and cleaning of hydrodynamic separators in order to evacuate all contaminated and non-contaminated solid residues that have accumulated at the bottom of the interceptor.
Hydrodynamic separators require an inspection and a report by a specialized firm to assess the presence of hydrocarbons and the amount of solid residue before cleaning. We rinse the cartridges of Jellyfish-type hydrodynamic separators.

Garage drains are typically located in the center of a residential garage or in the center aisle of an underground parking lot and are used to collect sand and liquids. Aqueduct valve chambers are confined space access to control water valves. These require occasional cleaning in preparation for maintenance work on the waterworks valves. It is recommended to empty and clean your separator at least once a year or more depending on your use.
